OUR. Mums & Bubs Pilates
At OUR. Pilates Co, we know that finding time for yourself isn’t always easy—especially when you have a little one. That’s why every single class on our timetable is Mums & Bubs friendly, meaning you don’t have to choose between moving your body and being with your bub. Whether your child is a newborn, toddler, or beyond, you’re welcome to bring them along to any class that suits you.
There’s no separate "Mums & Bubs" class - because you shouldn’t have to limit yourself. You can book into any Reformer Pilates class on our schedule and move in a way that feels good for you, with modifications available if you're pregnant, postpartum, or easing back into movement.
What to Expect in Class
All of our Reformer Pilates classes are designed for all fitness levels, with options to build strength, improve flexibility, and support postnatal recovery. If you’re newly postpartum, our instructors will guide you through:
Pelvic floor & core-safe exercises to support postpartum recovery
Lower resistance & modified movements if needed for C-section recovery or diastasis recti
Full-body strengthening & mobility work to help ease back pain and improve posture
And of course, you can take it at your own pace—because some days, just making it to class is an achievement!
We’ve created a relaxed, welcoming space so you can focus on your workout while keeping your little one nearby.

Your child can play in the kids’ area, sit next to you, or relax in a pram while you move. While we don’t offer supervised childcare, we’ve made sure the setup allows you to keep an eye on them while still enjoying your class.
