Our program is designed to build a strong foundation in reformer Pilates, guiding you every step of the way to ensure you feel confident joining our regular classes. But our course isn't just about exercise; it's about creating a fun community of like minded women!
Each week, you'll discover something new in the company of a small, supportive group of up to 10 fellow Pilates enthusiasts who are all starting their journey. It's an inclusive environment where kids are always welcome!
A 5 week course designed especially for beginners or those who’ve taken a little break from exercise. Each week you'll learn the proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques while gradually building strength and flexibility. (HELLO CORE).
Perfect if the reformer feels a little intimidating.
