This course is ideal for mums in the first 12 months postpartum, especially those looking for a safe, supportive, and gentle reintroduction to movement.

COURSE STRUCTURE:

Week 1 – Saturday Workshop
Your journey starts with a 75-minute in-studio workshop led by Jess, our amazing Pelvic and Woman’s Health Physio from Advanced Physio Warner’s Bay.
In this relaxed, practical session, we’ll cover:

  • Postnatal timeframes and healing

  • Hormonal changes, what to look for

  • Pelvic floor and abdominals – evidence around this.

  • Returning to Exercise

  • How Pilates reformer can help get women back to exercise

  • To finish, we’ll jump on the reformers for a short, gentle session with René, helping you feel confident and safe on the equipment.

Weeks 2–6 – Monday Reformer Classes


Your weekly postnatal reformer Pilates class runs every Monday at 10:30am. These 60-minute sessions are:


– Beginner-friendly and safe for postpartum bodies
– Focused on core, posture, pelvic floor + total-body strength
– Taught in a small group setting (max 10)
– Designed to build confidence, strength and form so you can transition into our regular classes without second-guessing yourself
– Totally baby-friendly (yes, bring your bub and feed, settle, or snuggle as needed

We’ve created a relaxed, welcoming space so you can focus on your workout while keeping your little one nearby.

✔ Pram-friendly studio with space for carriers & prams beside you
✔ Change table & bathroom facilities for extra convenience
✔ Snacks & drinks welcome — because we know little ones don’t wait!

Your child can play in the kids’ area, sit next to you, or relax in a pram while you move. While we don’t offer supervised childcare, we’ve made sure the setup allows you to keep an eye on them while still enjoying your class.
