our. postnatal course
OUR. 6-week Postnatal Pilates Course is a really gentle, supportive way to ease back in after having your baby.
We’ll guide you through everything step by step, helping you rebuild strength, reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, and start feeling more like yourself again. You don’t need any experience, and you can take it at your own pace.
And just as importantly, this is a space where you’ll be surrounded by other mums going through the same season. Over the 6 weeks, it naturally becomes a little community. A place to chat, connect, and feel like you’re not doing it all on your own.
Bring bub along. Feed, cuddle, pause whenever you need, we’ve created the space so you can do both.
If these dates don’t suit or you’re not quite ready yet, you’re welcome to join our waitlist and we’ll let you know when the next course opens.
OUR. UPCOMING COURSES
OUR. Charlestown Studio on May 11th at 10:30am.
course details
In your first week, you’ll start with a relaxed in-studio workshop led by Jess, our Pelvic and Women’s Health Physio from Advanced Physio Warner’s Bay.
We’ll talk through what’s happening in your body postpartum, what’s normal, what to look out for, and how to safely return to movement. You’ll also learn how to reconnect with your pelvic floor and core, and how the reformer can support your recovery.
From there, you’ll move onto the reformers for a short, gentle session so you can start to feel comfortable and confident on the machine.
From Week 2 onwards, you’ll come in for your weekly reformer class each Monday at 10:30am.
These sessions are beginner-friendly and designed specifically for postnatal bodies. We focus on rebuilding strength, improving posture, reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor, and helping you feel more confident in your movement again.
Classes are kept small so you don’t feel lost in the room, and you’re always welcome to bring your baby along. You can feed, settle, or pause whenever you need.
In Week 2, we also host a relaxed morning tea after class with Mikayla from Seed to Sprout a prenatal and postnatal dietitian, a really nice chance to slow down, connect, and chat with the other mums.
Each week builds on the last, so by the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and ready to step into our regular classes without second guessing yourself.
how it works

What to expect
Every class is designed to feel comfortable and supportive from the moment you walk in.
We keep our groups small, and each session is run with two instructors so you always feel looked after. You’ll be guided through everything, with options and modifications so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
There’s no pressure to get it perfect. No expectation to keep up. Just a space where you can move, recover, and build confidence at your own pace.
A Space for You & Your little ones
We’ve created a relaxed, welcoming space so you can move your body while keeping your little one’s close by.
Whether you’re bringing a newborn, a toddler, school-age kids or a mix of all three, they’re always welcome in the studio.
They might play, sit beside you, stay in the pram, or need a cuddle mid-class, and that’s all completely normal here.
✔ Open-plan kids’ area with toys
✔ Pram-friendly studio with space beside you
✔ Change table and bathroom facilities
✔ Snacks and drinks welcome
While we don’t offer supervised childcare, the space is set up so you can always keep an eye on them while still enjoying your class.
More than just a class
One of the things our mums love most about this course is the connection that comes with it.
You’ll see the same faces each week, and over the 6 weeks it naturally starts to feel like a little mums group. There’s time to chat before and after class, share experiences, and get to know others who are in the same stage as you.
It’s not forced or structured, it just happens. And for a lot of OUR. mums, it ends up being just as valuable as the movement itself.
What happens after the course
By the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and more comfortable in your body again.
You’ll understand how to use the reformer, feel more connected to your core and pelvic floor, and walk into class without second guessing yourself.
From there, you can step into OUR. regular classes and start building your routine, and we’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.
To make that transition feel easy, you’ll also receive a couple of class credits to try our group classes, plus your first two weeks of membership free when you join.
A lot of our. mums start here, and it quickly becomes something they genuinely look forward to each week
