A class designed to help you move, breathe, and reset. OUR. Flow & Stretch blends smooth, flowing movement with deep, feel-good stretches, creating the perfect balance between strength, flexibility, and relaxation.

With the gentle support of the Reformer, you’ll flow through controlled exercises that lengthen and strengthen the body, while easing into restorative stretches that release tension and improve mobility. This slower-paced class helps you unwind, connect with your breath, and leave feeling refreshed—like a reset for your body and mind.

What to Expect in Class

This 45-minute class is structured to give you a mix of movement, stretch, and recovery:

  • Flowing sequences to gently build strength & mobility

  • Longer holds in deep stretches to release tension

  • Slow, controlled transitions to encourage breath awareness

  • A candle-lit room & calming music for full-body relaxation

This class is pre- and postnatal friendly, with modifications available to support you through each stage.
