Our Full Body Reformer Pilates class is designed to give you a head-to-toe workout that sculpts, tones, and strengthens. Expect a little bit of spice, with options to modify, so you can work at a level that feels right for you. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, our expert instructors will guide you through a dynamic, full-body session that combines controlled resistance, targeted movements, and flowing transitions to build core strength, flexibility, and posture.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A CLASS

This 45-minute class works every muscle group using the reformer’s springs and resistance for a low-impact but challenging workout. You'll move through a mix of strength, stability, and mobility exercises, with modifications available so you can work at your own pace.

Our classes are designed to support you through every stage. Pre- and postnatal mums can feel confident knowing our instructors offer safe modifications, including lower resistance options, alternative exercises, and a focus on strength and mobility to aid postpartum recovery.

Like all of our classes, this one is completely kid-friendly—bring your little one along! There’s space for prams, a kids’ area, and a relaxed environment where they can stay close while you focus on your workout.
